Winter Solstice Celebration
Join breathwork facilitator Melissa Saubers, and Shamanic Sound Healers Pauly Lama and Amy Renee for a celebration of the darkest day of the year. You’ve shed your leaves, now it’s time to begin rooting in for the cold winter ahead. Let winter be a time of introspection and fertilization for the future.
We’ll celebrate in a sacred ceremony with Cacao + Blue Lotus Tea and then ground in with a powerful breathwork journey accompanied by a Shamanic sound bath.

Melissa Saubers, Breathwork Facilitator, will guide you through a 40-minute therapeutic breathwork journey. Breathwork is an active meditation where you use your own breath in a specific pattern to theoretically disconnect your mind from your body, helping you drop deeply into a meditative non-ordinary state of consciousness. Melissa is a Quantum Healer, Teacher, Facilitator, and Coach. She uses tools such as breathwork, quantum healing hypnosis, manifestation, and energy healing to help her clients and students heal their hearts and expand their consciousness.
Pauly Lama is a Shamanic Life Guide and Sound Healer that facilitates private group and 1:1 Indigenous Ceremonial Journeys. It is his honor to be a trusted Life Guide and confidant during such a vulnerable and sacred time in your life of rebirth. He and his beloved partner, Amy Renee will be guiding you through an expansive Shamanic Sound Journey to help you align with the most expressive, expansive you.
Amy Renee, Shamanic Practitioner & Guide, uses her intuitive gifts, her training in the healing arts, and her personal experience to guide souls forward on their journey of healing, self discovery, and aligning with the truth of their soul. Whether you are seeking peace, clarity or guidance, Amy's compassionate and intuitive approach can help you move forward on your transformational journey.
Please bring the following to the event:
~ Wear comfy, layered clothes. You may get hot or you may get cold.
~ Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and a blanket to cover up and anything else for your comfort. You will be lying on your back for the journey.
~ A journal and pen, if you want to take notes.
~ Water to drink.
~ Eye mask (optional but really nice to have).
~ Crystals or any other sacred items you'd like to have present for your journey.
~ Any other items you'd like for your comfort.
